*Above prices do not include a room tax of €1,50 per night per person for the first seven nights. Children under 14 are exempt.

* LA CANONICA: additional children's twin bedroom available in the apartment @ €10,00/child/night

* IL BUGIALLINO + LA GHIANDA: additional bed in parent's bedroom for children 4-12 years old: €5,00/night

* LA CANONICA + IL BUGIALLINO + LA GHIANDA: baby cot for children 0-3 years old: free

Prices per day in € - taxes included - Minimum 2 nights stay is required.

*Please take notice that dinner's availability is subject to our weekly schedule.

Terms and conditions for APARTMENTS reservation

Check-in	Saturday afternoon between 2pm and 7pm. Please take notice that we are a farm and not an hotel so we don’t have a night porter. For this reason arrivals after 7pm are not accepted.
Check-out	Saturday morning before 9am.
The apartment’s cost includes	Electricity, gas, water, bed and bath linen (which are changed on Saturday in case of a 2 or more weeks stay), apartment’s final cleaning. Baby cot is available on request without any extra-charge. Guests are welcome to check their e-mail at our office’s computer. No extra charge.
Extras	Wood for the open fireplace: € 10,00/case.
Booking	If you wish to book one of our apartments you should: send us an e-mail to info@poggerino.com with your request. We will shortly reply informing you about the availability. If the apartment/week is available and you wish to confirm the reservation, we will e-mail you a reservation form which has to be filled in, printed and sent us back by fax. This form includes your name, address, phone number, credit card details and signature. After receiving your fax we will send you an e-mail with the booking’s confirmation, driving instructions and arrival details. Your credit card will NOT be charged. You will pay by credit card in our office, on your arrival.
Cancellation policy	In case of cancellation of all or part of your reservation, we will have to charge your credit card as follows: 60 days before check-in : 50% 30 days before check-in : 70% 15 days before check-in or no show: 100%
Animals	Sorry but pets are not allowed.
